User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Waso, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the app.

2. Eligibility and Personal Use

Waso is intended for individual, personal outfit journaling and wardrobe management. You may use the app only in compliance with applicable laws and only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are legally permitted to use the app in your region and that you have the authority to agree to these terms.

3. App License

Subject to this Agreement, Waso grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.

• You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or distribute the app except as permitted by applicable law.
• You may not reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code from the app except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
• You may not use the app in a way that interferes with its intended operation or compromises security features.

4. Product Features and Local-First Design

Waso is designed as a local-first outfit journal. Features may include outfit logging, wardrobe management, review filters, styling insights, repeated-outfit reminders, local analytics, app lock, and local import or export tools.

Because Waso is designed to run primarily offline and locally, some experiences depend on your device storage, permissions, and operating system behavior rather than a centralized online account service.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of Waso and the content you choose to store in it. You agree that:

• You will only upload or store content that you have the right to use, including photos, notes, and wardrobe details.
• You will not use the app for unlawful, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful conduct.
• You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and safekeeping of the information you keep in the app.
• You are responsible for maintaining your own backups when backup or export options are important to you.

6. Permissions and Security

Certain features of Waso may require device permissions, such as access to your camera, photo library, or biometric authentication tools. You can choose whether to grant those permissions, but some features may not work fully without them.

If you enable app lock or biometric access, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, credentials, and access methods. Waso cannot guarantee protection against all unauthorized access caused by a compromised device.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, including its software, design, branding, layout, and non-user-generated content, is owned by Waso or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the photos, notes, wardrobe records, and other content you personally create or store in the app, subject to the rights necessary for the app to operate on your device.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Waso is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Waso and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, device issues, or backup failures resulting from your use of the app, your device environment, or third-party platform behavior.

9. Updates, Suspension, and Termination

We may update this Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we may revise the effective date and publish the updated version with the app or associated materials.

We may suspend or terminate access to Waso or certain features if required by law, necessary for security, or if use of the app violates this Agreement. You may stop using the app at any time.
